Ski Mountaineering
Ski mountaineering is a sport that involves ascent/climbing in the mountains and then subsequent descent on skis. There are actually 5 different disciplines and two of them will be present in Lombardia : Individual Race and Vertical Race.

In the next edition of World Winter Master Games Lombardia 2024, will participate thousands of athletes coming from all over the world. Several sport disciplines in which over thirty will compete in exciting challenges: alpine ski, biathlon, cross country ski, curling, figure skating, hockey, nordic combined, short track, ski jumping, mountaineering ski, ski orienteering, snowboard, , snow running, snow volley and speed skating.
