The event

The Winter World Masters Games are a multisport event organized under the umbrella of the International Master Games Association (IMGA).
IMGA is an International Sport Body that represents Master Sports and promotes a healthy lifestyle, Sport, tourism and social relations.
IMGA organizes three different events:

• World Master Games
• Open Master Series
• Winter World Masters Games

The Winter World Masters Games Lombardia 2024 is an event supported by the Region Lombardia and all the 9 Municipalities involved: Aprica, Bormio, Chiavenna, Chiesa Valmalenco, Madesimo, Pellizzano, Ponte di Legno, Sondrio e Pellizzano.
The WWMG will be held from January 12th until January 21st. On January 11th Sondrio will host the Opening Ceremony.
